The Crocs Pollex Clog by Salehe Bembury Como is a collaboration between Crocs and Salehe Bembury, an LA-based footwear designer known for his contemporary, eclectic aesthetic and use of luxury materials.
Salehe Bembury updates the recognizable Crocs silhouette and durable resin upper with a mold featuring dramatic, rippling ridges. While the ridges resemble fingerprints or a topographical map, they also serve a function. The concave ripples on the bottom of the shoe increase traction, while the holes on the upper allow the foot to breathe. The shoe boasts an adjustable nylon strap that fits above the heel and can also be removed. Unlike other Crocs, this model does not come with Jibbitz holes on the vamp.
