Order processing and dispatch

Orders are processed within 1 business day. Once confirmed, your order is dispatched (shipped) according to the shipping method shown on the product page:

• Next Day: shipped the next business day after your order is confirmed.
• 3-5 Days: shipped within 3 to 5 business days.
• 18-20 Days: shipped within 18 to 20 business days (sourced-to-order items).

These timelines refer to when your order is shipped, not the final delivery date. Delivery takes a few additional business days after dispatch, depending on your location and the courier.

Who ships your order

Orders are fulfilled and shipped by MetaCircles Technologies Private Limited (Drop Shop Club) and our logistics partners across India. You receive tracking details by email once your order ships.

Shipping charges

Any shipping charges are shown at checkout before you pay.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available on eligible orders. A 20% advance is collected at checkout and the balance is paid on delivery.
