Virgil Abloh has joined forces with Japanese streetwear legend NIGO to release a collaborative capsule collection called LV², marking Virgil's first collaboration at Louis Vuitton since joining in 2018 as the Men's Artistic Director. The Louis Vuitton NIGO collaboration launched worldwide in June 2020. Staying true to the Maison's codes, the two designers have fused their approach to fashion in an assortment of pieces across bags, accessories, apparel, and footwear. The Louis Vuitton, Pochette Jour GM, gets a refresh with the Giant Damier Ebene canvas, stamped with an LV Made signature polar bear, one of many graphics commonly used in NIGO's brand Human Made. The Pochette Jour GM is the large version of Louis Vuitton's versatile document portfolio. The pouch features a distinctive L-shaped zip opening. This spacious pouch can hold a small laptop or be used as a clutch. The Louis Vuitton NIGO Pochette Jour GM, Giant Damier Ebene retailed for $880 at the time of release; it measures 13.78 in x 9.84 in x 0.79 in, and the Louis Vuitton Style Number is N60390.
