The Omega seamaster 166.0138 is often referred to as “Big Square” or “TV Screen” this Omega reference was introduced in 1972 and powered by the trusty calibre 1013 movement which is one of the last in house movements that Omega produced in that era. Key details • Case dimensions Approx 38mm x 40mm • Movement is Caliber 1012 Automatic with 23 jewels featuring a “Hack” (stop seconds) and quick date set. • Stainless steel case with a brushed finish complimented by sharp edges and a screw-back design and Hippocampus logo. • Originally rated to 60 meter water resistant which is brilliant for everyday wear.
