About us and our products

Drop Shop Club is an independent retailer of footwear, apparel, watches, fragrances, accessories and lifestyle products. We are not an authorized dealer of, and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by, the brands whose products we resell. All brand names, logos and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only.

Authenticity

We source products through our supplier network and check them for authenticity before dispatch. If you believe an item is not authentic, contact us for a full refund per our Returns and Refund Policy.

Orders and pricing

Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR), inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated. We may correct errors, cancel orders, and limit quantities. An order is accepted when dispatched.

Payment

Payments are processed securely through our payment provider. Cash on Delivery is available on eligible orders with a 20% advance.

Returns

Governed by our Returns and Refund Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MetaCircles Technologies Private Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in the courts of Gurugram, Haryana.
