Are your products authentic?

Yes. Every item is checked for authenticity before it ships. If you receive an item you believe is not authentic, contact us within 7 days for a full refund.

How do I pay? Is Cash on Delivery available?

We accept secure online payments. Cash on Delivery is available on eligible orders: you pay a 20% advance at checkout and the balance on delivery.

When will my order ship?

Orders are processed within 1 business day and shipped according to the method on the product page (Next Day, 3-5 Days, or 18-20 Days). These refer to dispatch time; delivery takes a few additional business days depending on your location.

Can I track my order?

Yes. You receive tracking details by email once your order ships.

What is your return policy?
